Northlight Dental Co. ("we") is the data controller for the information you give us through this website and at the practice. This notice explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Through this website: your name, contact details and anything you write in a message or appointment request. At the practice: your medical and dental history, clinical notes, X-rays and photographs, and payment details.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and arrange appointments.
- To provide dental care, which is our lawful basis for health information.
- To send recall reminders, which you can switch off at any time.
- To meet our legal duties, including keeping clinical records for the required period.
Who sees it
Only the clinical and practice team who need it, and suppliers who process data on our behalf (practice software, dental laboratories, payment providers) under written contracts. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are kept for at least eleven years for adults, and until age twenty-five for children. Website enquiries that do not become appointments are deleted after twelve months.
